Public sharing through the Open Innovation feature is optional. If you choose to share your ideas publicly, they will be visible to other users and visitors, but your personal information will remain private.

5. Use of AI
   The platform uses artificial intelligence (e.g., OpenAI’s ChatGPT) to generate content, suggestions, and reports. These outputs are generated based on the content you provide. While we aim for accuracy and helpfulness, we cannot guarantee the completeness, reliability, or effectiveness of AI-generated outputs.

6. Intellectual Property
   All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software on the platform are the intellectual property of DETAY Studio or its partners and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Upload or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights.
